Effect of education on children development:

Education how much important for the growth of children .I must say its play vital role in growth and development of child .what child learn its not important but,how much he understands that is very important.No child born scientists from mother womb. Education make child believe in fulfilling his dream as scientists,Doctor or engineer.

A mother teach first word to a child.I will say she is the first teacher who enter as mother ,his / her life . Education teach children to know difference between bad and good ,best and worst,first and last etc.A little change in life of child can be possible only if education involve. children can be more practical toward life when they have good knowledge .Now a days children just running behind syllabus which i dont think fruitful in many ways . Learning should not be burden,its should be more creative and innovative. Educational institution should change the structure practical thing and theory system should be abolish .so that each child enjoy their study and their future become as brighter as sun. Education management base on professional knowledge so that career planning become most important aspects of schooling system.

Do you think memories start when they enter in school life the first think they do . Collecting thought is different thing.once they start collecting thought in correct way learning becom fun and they score good marks .

I want to ask you all .Do you think a marksheet performance make their career?

If you ask me I will say .NO,I saw many people may be their marksheet average but,still they achieve lots in their life . Success incomplete without knowledge.

Collecting correct thought at correct age period not only help them good growth but , learn lot from them.

I hope now a day specially after lockdown children more addicted to mobile phone.

Addiction always  give negative effect,many parents just to make children happy giving phone,that the first mistake you do .

Encourage them to write new thought ,learn books it's also play good role in their growth.

I as a teacher observe that even parents should understand that children must give more importance to activities rather than watching mobile , previously they were addictive toward cartoon film

I now good growth required balance thing like if you playing 2 -4 hour than its your duty to even study 2-4 hour .It is only possible when their balance nature between parent's.

I observe even at home he / she parents they both know how his/ her child behaviour from very early childhood,it's their duties to boost and encourage child from first day itself all children's have unique and special.

As I born middle class family I just observe that people do comparison I that understands how could they do so?

I even heard children saying my mother said ," why you not play like him? He play so well.

Why you are not getting good marks ,your friend got A grade....blaaa and blaaa.....

I feel really helpless for those parents who do comparison with other child?I want to ask a question to a parent.what if child ask same question to you ? What if he compare you with other parents?

I don't want to criticize parents but I want to change their thought which all are following? Just give a break and let change the world make children mind fresh so, that they just concentrate and enjoy the pure life .

Learning new things involved peace of mind.I heard saying children my mother love me less than brother because I got less marks than my brother .Judging your children means you people just increasing a mountain of depression which may be your child suffer in future.

Mother play important role in children growth the first trust and beliefs start from their.History prove that mother inspiration create great Leader and warrior like Shivaji Maharaj.I now many time due to household chores make her so busy that she hardly ignore thing or questions which child ask in quracity. Children mind always in adventure mood if you give correct key to it,a big miracle can be created .

As you know whatever present situation after covid lots of issue we face in our life.The most dangerous virus people suffer not covid but Depression . Depression is the most dangerous virus people suffer at any age.prevention is better then cure so, make your child growth in such a way that depression word won't exist in their lives.

I know many time we regret about our past mistake but ,we never accept in front of other that is our ego .But do you know children don't do so they learn from mistake and accept their mistake that why they are innocent .

My profession alway surrounded by children I really enjoy their company feel so good near them,how innocently they complain ? They have unconditional love inside them.

Many time it's happen our mood swings due but I feel just go around near group of small angels you will be happy and relax.

Growth and development varies it's all depend upon parents and grandparents too .I consider best growth of children among joint family is the best one 

by listening stories on bed time from grand parent ,playing with their cousin .

Children need guidance not only from Teacher but also from families .Today lots of change needed in educational system nobody like to become book worm it's possible their should be keen changes in schooling system. Its not easy but small step can change many thing.

Every school have parent association .They conduct meeting children queries  should be keep in front ,they should share issue which children face and every problem have  solution.we should try to be solution for problem rather than creating it.

Psychology strong youth only possible when their own base is strong.

Examination play very important role in child Life .It's either make child confident or just vice versa. But it's our responsibility to teach them what is important to them once they reach certain age let them decide what they really want from their life.

Parenting is an challenging even I say it's a sensitive topic to discuss .we are emotionally get bonded when we talk about it ,no mother is wrong . All are doing well and best they could for their children.

If you say no person who is perfect in world I will say it's true each and every one unique in their own way .

All children and their childhood is special.we too remember and love to recollect memory of our childhood. I really feel sorry I don't have my childhood snap but, I heard from my mom How I use to crawl? What was my favourite toys?How long I use to cry?Today we all talk about many positive thing regarding children growth and education but how many people really implement and evaluate. Book learn means what according to you ?

just preparing for exam or really follow rules as possible . learning means understanding the concept . If your concepts are clear your life will start rocking their will be no downfall and failure.

What if their is no exam ? Just kidding ......As I observe children really missing school , After covid children education suffer lots ,but nothing is important than life we all learn. It was not easy for parent to control children during pandemic. Why we should not go home? What if we play for 15 minutes? Why my friend not coming home? When grandparent come home?

Teacher play very important role in child Life . Influence of Teacher  impact most . A good student exist only if their  is a perfect mentor ,Teacher or guider present in his or her life. Child learn all good aspect ,thought process  in classroom itself. Many social awareness economic and social growth. How it works ?he learn and understand in classroom .Teacher become a strong bridge which each and every child has to pass through to achieve goals in his life.

I still remember when teacher start explaining chapter we use to enjoy the session whatever example she use to tell us it's really inspiring.  I still remember our Sanskrit sir Ramayana stories made me good listener. A good listener best quality of good student it's play important roles in growth and development of children.

5) Discuss problem with mentor.
